ProfexoHVAC provides HVAC and water treatment consultation, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Specific deliverables and pricing are confirmed in writing through quote, invoice, or work order documents.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time of review. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, parts availability, or code requirements differ from the original assumptions.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property during scheduled service windows. Delays or missed appointments may require rescheduling and may be subject to additional charges where permitted.

4. Payments

Payment terms are listed on the applicable invoice or agreement. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or interest. Ownership of supplied equipment may remain with ProfexoHVAC until payment obligations are satisfied.

5. Warranty and Limitations

Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Service workmanship warranties, if provided, are limited to the stated duration and scope. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must maintain equipment as recommended, promptly report issues, and avoid unauthorized modifications. Warranty coverage may be affected by misuse, neglect, or non-compliant installations by third parties.
